What is Agent Experience?
Agent Experience (AX) refers to how well your website or application works for AI agents, bots, and other automated systems. You can think of Agent Experience as similar to User Experience (UX), but for an era where AI agents are often acting as delegates for human users.

Why AX Matters
As AI agents become more prevalent in browsing, shopping, and information gathering, websites that prioritize agent experience will be more discoverable, usable, and successful.
Good AX design often improves human UX (and accessibility) as well!
The goal of this site is to highlight real-world examples of good agent experience. In general, good agent experience (AX) design incorporates structured content in plain text, allowing agents to easily gather information and take actions. Sites should also ensure that agents are able to access the content, context, and actions they need to act as delegates for humans.
By examining actual implementations, we can learn what works and how to build better experiences for the agentic web.
